Returns Process

All returns must be authorised within 21 working days of order receipt. Products must be returned in brand new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Items not returned in new condition and/or without original packaging and accessories are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

A returns authorisation is required for all returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid return authorisation will not be accepted. REALM is not responsible for any return costs. Please email info@realm-designs.com to obtain a return authorisation and for any further information.

We are sure that you will be overjoyed with the quality of your REALM product, therefore, we offer a full 12 months guarantee. Please contact us to register your product by email at info@realm-designs.com

If you are dissatisified with your order, you are able to return your product(s) up to 21 days after receipt of purchase. To process a return, REALM must be notified by either email at info@realm-designs.com and the goods must be returned in brand new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Please return your order with proof of purchase within 21 days and we will provide a full refund but you must return the unwanted item to us at your cost. Refunds can only be credited to your original method of payment providing that the item is returned in brand new, unused condition and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deduct a 25% restocking fee if items are not returned in new condition and/or without original packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment account within 14 days upon receiving the returned goods.
